|Recommended: YesGood — Compared to all the other living options available, Pinewoods is the most feasible apartment and that too within 1 mile from UTA. If anyone is looking for a low budget deal, then Pinewoods is the right place. Room space, apartment maintenance and the neighbourhood are at par with the rent paid. Nothing more, nothing less.

|Recommended: YesWonderfil Living Environment — Well i just want to let you know that we are very pleased with Pinewood Apartments. The living environment is so peaceful. One thing that we love is that we are starting to see complete families with children around here. And that makes this place a wonderful place to live. Another thing that we like is how quickly problems are resolved here in Pinewoods. Just wanted to share this opinion with Ya ll. Thank you for making out of Pinewood Apartments a very lovely and safe place to live. Definitely recommending this place to live. Mr Jose Avila

|Recommended: YesIt's Flawless — It's RIDICULOUSLY quiet. People really like to keep to themselves. All over Arlington, apartments are having insect problems, A C problems, or other problems. So far 3 months I've had no problem at all. If I ever call management for anything they are super responsive and generous with my needs. I can see myself being here a while.
