|Recommended: YesA very quiet place to live. — Here's a very quiet place to live, esp. for graduate students who need more peace and quiet to focus on their off-campus research I'm really satisfied with this feature, but what I'm not completely satisfied with is my apartment location, the problem's that during summer the sunshine comes directly into my apt. and makes here as hot as hell, my bedroom in particular, even though the AC's on 24 7. Another problem's that my apartment's located in the middle of the complex and there's no way for cars to enter the middle area, so when I have lots of shoppings it's real tough for me to carry them and bring them to my apt. It actually is not the apt's problem but where it's located, and some people might like it since it's not close to the parking spaces and away from the cars' noise but as I said it often does put me in troubles with my shopping items. All in all, here's a pretty nice place to live, very clean, organized and more importantly safe with very responsible and punctual office agents.

|Recommended: YesA safe place to live — Pinewoods apartments is a very secure place to live. . Is a very peaceful apartment complex. Close to the University, elementary school and High School. Management is on top of things that are needed on the apartments. Stores and restaurants are very close. Close to HI-30 if you need to go Dallas or Fort Worth.
Staff is very courteous.
